Foothills South is a gated Sedona subdivision with outstanding views and consists of 205 lots. Located on the western end of West Sedona at SR89A and Foothills South Drive, this neighborhood is ideal in proximity to the Sedona Medical Center and many other Sedona amenities and services.

Foothills South has an Owners Association which is responsible for the maintenance of the subdivision’s streets and the gated entrance. As part of the Owners Association, there is also an Architectural Committee that oversees new construction and exterior changes in accordance to the approved Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs).
